Workshop Managing Performance Anxiety for Musicians . In this 90-minute live Zoom workshop, you’ll learn practical tools to manage performance anxiety and perform with more focus under pressure. We’ll use short guided exercises and mini performance simulations to practise starting, staying present while being watched, and recovering quickly from mistakes. You’ll leave with a few simple personal tools you can use right away for your next performance.
